Refund policy

 

1. Flawed or damaged

Due to the custom nature of our products there are no refunds on orders/fabrics. The only exception to this rule is if we have failed to properly represent what you are purchasing in terms of fabric content; fabric type and size.

In custom printing flaws can happen. We feel it necessary to set a strict flaw policy for this reason. Any flaw within 6" of the selvage is not cause for replacement or refunded yardage. In the event that you locate a flaw in the material or printing LARGER than a US quarter, please notify us. All flaws/shortages MUST BE REPORTED within 5days following the delivery of your order. Any flaw/shortage identified after that period of time will not be refunded/replaced. 

Note: You have 5 business days to let us know if there’s an issue. Check your order promptly after you receive it to avoid missing the window. All returns must be unwashed and uncut or they are not eligible for a refund. Any flaws brought to our attention after this time period will not be eligible for a refund.

 Once we confirm the issue after we receive your return, we will refund to original payment within 7 days. If the issue is not confirmed as flawed or damaged, we will ship back the returned package to original order address and cancel refund request

2. Color/Texture tolerance 

Color differences due to the display settings of your computer monitor are not grounds for a refund. Tolerance is a normal result when monitor is in RGB mode and printer is CMYK ink. If rolling does occur with your material this is not grounds for a refund.

3. Design issue 

You are responsible for the final print. If you upload a non seamless or low resolution image that is not grounds for a refund. Please ensure your image is high quality and seamless before purchasing. is not correct you will be emailed within 24 hours after order is submitted, to send me the high quality file. if i do not receive a response from you within 48 hours your order will be printed with the flawed design and sent i will not refund 

4.. Order Cancellation 

  your order cannot be cancelled once it has been submitted what so ever nor can it be modified another order will have to be made 

5.The right to cancel order without notice 

I reserve the right to decline your order and refund you without notice. If I deem you are a scammer, the files were not morally purchase from a designer ,Stolen or shared .

6.Custom prints- All customs will be your customs any mistakes or extra yards printed will be sent to you free of charge ( may have flaws ) i will not sell these they wont be offered if not mailed then will be discarded. your file is your file

7. Files i do not own or have commercial license to will not be stored or on site for purchase until i have the designers permission and have paid the fees to offer there files. If your file is truly a exclusive custom the work will be discarded and any extra of flawed fabric will be sent in package 

8. Rush orders- will not be refunded at all , codes cannot be used on rush orders at all. if codes are used you will be refunded and your order will be normal tat
