Welcome to the customer care section of my shop. Customer care is my very first priority , if your not happy then i'm not happy either. I work to provide quality and memorable work for any event or occasions. I am human and i do make mistakes that i will fix . If you have any issues with your order after deliver please use the chat box or email me directly @Bossgirlprints@gmail.com and i will work my hardest to fix and have your order reshipped out . 

I strive for customer loyalty and honesty. I want it to be a two way street between us during the entire order . I welcome custom orders as well. Email me and i will go over the details with you. but please don't settle for any less than amazing. because i wouldn't want that .

privacy & safety

BossGirlPrints has zero tolerance for invading privacy, i am a one woman show. when you create an account with me and save credit cards or any other information i can not see any of that. your privacy is secured on my servers. if you choose to not save it to the account it will not be saved .Y our address will be store in my email book for future references or future purchases .​ Otherwise i do not have any personal information . If you feel as though you were overcharged please check your packaging slip for the breakdown and why you were charged . Each order will have one to ensure you get all of your items

Please message me with any comments , questions or concerns you may have regarding your safety if you feel there is an issue . I also will not tolerate chargebacks , please do not try this or you will fail miserably , i document every sale and when the purchase was made . you are required to agree to my TOS before purchasing any item. if you fail to do this your order will be cancelled and you will be refunded immediately. this is for my Buisness sake. I do not tolerate false charges or accusations as well  you will be removed and i will report you for fraud .
